Just randomly feeling like doing a journal entry..

May has been kinda awesome.

My boss requested use of my drawing skills to make a small "out of office" sign. I'm still trying to come up with something clever, so a "Keep calm and press CTRL-ALT-DEL" poster will do.

I participated in what translates to "THE NORWEGIAN YOUTH FESTIVALS OF ART". A series of talent shows that revolve anything on and off stage with entertainment value.
I entered 5 pictures of varying content on the first local event, from which you have to be voted up by a jury to get in the county event, and from there. I was voted into the national event!

These were my entries. Note that 5 is quite many for this event and I think the variety is the reason I was voted up.


What this means is that some people seem to think I'm good enough to represent my county on the art part of the Festivals. So in June, I'll be in Trondheim for some Workshops, free stage shows and varied music.

About the ponies that has been showing up recently. I'm done with that stuff for a while now. next picture will be a hovercraft and then some random stuff.

To explain the sudden burst of fanart and requests:
- It has been a while since the last time I was in a proper community. The Halo and Minecraft days were also good times. But this time I think I really nailed it.
So many skilled artists to talk with. Great community websites and never sleeping chatrooms. oh and I find the show entertaining. haters gonna hate.
